Nathalie has been very warm with our little cherub, it was our first nanny experience and we had tried a couple of Nannie’s, but I felt affinity with Nathalie as she was same energy to me, as a mom I felt safe and I saw Nathalie knew what she was saying and she spent a lot of time walking with our child, giving him opportunities for play and autonomy, encouraging independence. I like the common sense approach and also like Nathalie’s work ethic!
